Bob and Dawn Davis
We have been married since 1992. Wow. . . it doesn't seem possible. After 10 years of marriage, we adopted our two beautiful children, Bobby and Alli, from Chisinau, Moldova, a small country in Eastern Europe. They are biological siblings and have been home with us since March 2002. They are so adventurous, just like us. They are so giving, just like us. They are so... just like us! It's amazing. God works in mysterious ways. They were, without a doubt, born in our hearts!
We have traveled all over the world to countries such as; Italy, France, Lithuania, Romania, Moldova, Kenya, Taiwan, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, the Caribbean and various places in Mexico. We love to donate our talents by photographing missions trips. From a trip to Romania with the Medical Mission Foundation, Bob photographed the mission and I designed a book and a multimedia DVD that was used by the foundation during their fundraising campaign. Due to the connection made with the book and DVD, MMF received their largest funding contributions ever that year.
Together as a family, we have traveled to Kenya, Africa on a mission trip with 410Bridge.org. We believe we have been blessed with an amazing talent and feel it's important to give back. The 410 Bridge could not have been a more perfect organization to give back to. 410 is a passage in the bible and it reads:
"Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering Gods grace in its various forms. -1 Peter 4:10."
Our family gives thanks to God for all the incredible opportunities He has blessed us with. We know that He has been instrumental in our lives and He has paved the way for us to be who we are today.
